We are a Connecticut & prepare and ship all our orders from Connecticut.

SHIPPING RATES: We use one rate in the CONTINENTAL USA, and that rate is $5.00 for the first item, then will add $1.00 for each item for shipping. So if you order two buttons, shipping will be $6.00

SHIPPING TIMES: We ship most orders the same day if ordered by Noon Eastern Time.

BILLING POLICY: We will charge your credit card when you place your order to ensure your place in shipping and determine which orders are valid. We typically ship the same day as long as the order is before noon eastern US time. We do not ship on the weekends.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY FOR IN-STOCK PRODUCTS ONLY:

  1. No reason returns are subject to a 40% restocking and processing charge for merchandise only.
  2. Returns not received by 30 days of our original ship date are not refundable.
  3. Products that are defective will be refunded completely if returned within 30 days from the ship to you date. We will supply a return shipping label.
  4. IF the product is defective we will send you a shipping document.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS ONLY:

ANY CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT MADE FOR YOU THAT IS NOT IN OUR IN-STOCK ONLINE STORE & PRODUCTS THAT YOU HAVE REQUESTED WITH EITHER LOGOS WORDS or LETTERING. A CUSTOM COLOR HOUSING. OR ANY CUSTOM SOUND IS NOT REFUNDABLE AT ALL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE.

IMAGE QUALITY FOR ANY CUSTOM PRODUCTS:

When supplying images, please send good quality images. Please consider that the image will be reduced to fit within a 1 7/8″ diameter circle. So, if you send us a low-quality image for a 1. 7/8″ circle, the product will be made with the low-quality image.
